The teen support group is one of the most powerful tools in helping teens grow and get better alongside their peers. Teens realize there is help and there is hope when they no longer feel alone in their struggles. Each group is led by a trained therapist with a small group of 4-7 members and ensures positive productive conversation as well as the development of new coping skills. Although some teens are apprehensive at first, once they take that first step out of their comfort zone more often than not group will become the highlight of their week.
WHO: Teens ages 13-18 (all participants prescreened)
WHAT: Weekly teen support group for teens struggling with depression, anxiety, covid adjustment, social struggles, behavioral issues, and self-harm.
WHEN: Wednesdays at 6pm and Thursdays at 7pm. All sessions last 1 hour

The parent support group is a small support group of parents, intended for one or both parents, who are looking for more support in raising their teen or adult children. Each group meets weekly and is led by Christian Hill, LLC. This group provides parents with a safe place to connect, process, receive more support, and walk away with practical tools both from Christian and other parents in the group.
WHO: Any parent(s) looking for support in raising their children in today’s challenging teen culture
